Remembering a very special Friday afternoon section in our college. On that day our college has arranged a cultural evening today in the afternoon section. Many of us find it a opportunity to express their talents in an open stage. This type of programs can be scheduled to help students to overcome stage fright and inhibitions.  We decides to enact a small drama named "POWER OF A GIRL CHILD" which deals with the social issues faced by a women and girls strong decision to overcome the issues. Acid attacks against women are increasing day by day eventhough gender bias is not a matter related to one of the gender. It is usually said that women are blessed with a strong mental power. Every women needs to realize that they are strong enough to face any problems, no matter how big it is. In the drama, a school going child witnesses Acid attack case against a young women and decides to make a statement against the culprits in the court. Today, as a part of our curriculum, we have conducted a workshop on blog creation. our M.Ed.'s gave us a brief about Blogs, its types and peculiarities. For this workshop we are divided into small groups and with the help of them we all create a blogger account. I fell this platform as place to express myself ,share my thoughts and experience to others. every student may feel disgusting in a very regular lecture class, but this type of activities blogging, vlogging and other extracurricular activities are really helpful. A blog or weblog is an online journal or informational website displaying information in reverse chronological order, i.e. with the latest posts appearing at the top. It is a platform where a writer or a group of writers share their views. Today, there are   more than 500 million  blogs   on the web.
